Registration can be submitted online through our online application form below. Please submit all of the required documents and fees. These are mandatory for registration completion. One time registration fee is $35

Al-Iman Academy has a non-discriminatory policy that it follows and which provides students an opportunity to receive a comprehensive education without any regard to race, color, nationality or ancestry. 

Admissions will be based on a first come first serve system once all prerequisites have been met.  You will be notified by Al-Iman Academy when the admission process is complete and acceptance has been granted.

The early years are the time to build a strong foundation in all developmental areas. At Al-Iman Academy we design our curriculum to meet specific milestones in all domains of development and learning helps preschoolers establish behaviors and skills that will make them successful.

Play is an elusive concept, and it’s an essential part of life, not just childhood.  But it is absolutely necessary for proper development in the formative years.

WHAT IS LEARNED THROUGH PLAY

Play encourages all areas of proper development, from cognitive and physical to social and emotional. We design our curriculum in such a way that kids will learn the most important concept of sharing and problem solving skills.

Children are naturally social and curious. They are also packed full of big emotions and need help navigating their feelings and learning how to react and respond in social situations.

“The mission of the Al-Iman Academy Sunday School is to provide basic Islamic education to young children that is necessary for every Muslim man and woman

The program is governed by a structured curriculum based on various levels of Islamic education, and it is designed to cover children of age 5 to 12 year old.  The curriculum is broken into 4 levels of classes which will enable continual and gradual progress of the student in Arabic, Quran Memorization and Islamic studies.

LEVEL 1:                                                                         

Islamic Studies

• Introduction to Islam, Allah- Our creator, Our faith, Quran and Prophet Muhammaad(S)
• The five pillars of Islam – Shahadah, Salat, Zakat, Fasting and Hajj
• Prophets of Allah and their message
• Stories about the prophets Adam (A), Nuh (A), Ibrahim (A), Isa (A) and Musa (A)
• Basics of Islam – Angels, Shaitan, Makkah and Madinah,Eid Festivals
• Introduction to Salat and charity. Names of different salats.
• Akhlaq and Adan in Islam – Good Mannerism, Kindness and Sharing, Respect, Forgiveness, Thanking Allah

Arabic Language

• Reading of Arabic alphabets, Arabic Qaida
• Writing of Arabic alphabets and short vowels along with construction of words

Quran Memorization

• Memorization and meaning of the kalimas
• Memorization of Surah Fatiha, Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq and Surah Naas
• Memorization of some basic duas for daily life

Islamic Studies
